antec TP2 EPS12V 550W issue
The 12V rail on the above PSU is only reading 11.71v on the 12V rail in ITE smart guardian. IS there anyway to adjust the 12v Rail without voiding warranty?

Probably not, I think as soon as you open the power supply up, the warranty is voided.
I'm assuming you're having power problems with the power supply right? I don't "think" 11.71v on the 12v rail is that bad, unless you're having problems.

11.71 is ok, not perfect but ok.
Usually + or - 5% is considered reasonable. That would be a range of 11.4 to 12.6 volts. Your voltage readings are not out of line, I get similar readings from cheap power supplies and from a high quality Enermax that I have.
But if you are still worried about it you can send it to me and I'll test it for a couple years and let you know if it is ok.

Well, unless you are using a multimeter, the readings are not 100% accurate. Sadly software can't get a perfect reading.
11.71 is decent, and again it could be better/worse but you won't know for sure unless you physically test it with a multimeter.
Are you having any actual problems with it, or just nervouse about the readings?Main PC: AMD FX-8350 / 16gb DDR3 1600 / AMD 7970GE 1200mhz Core & 1600mhz Mem / Win7 Pro 64bit
