I would get the XFX model...it comes factory OC'ed.

WTF? No its not...or at least not in everything, the x800GTO is in my opinion a better card than the x1600xt, the reason being because im a gamer and i don't care about 3DMark05 UNLESS it transfers onto games, and the x1600Xt doesn't when compared to the x800GTO. I will just show you one paragraph from hardwaresecrets review of this card:

"So, excluding 3DMark05, Radeon X800 GTO is faster than this forthcoming chip from ATI!"

you can see the full review HERE and when you take into account the price difference between the two cards(the GTO 256mb version i can get for £118.66, from the same site the x1600XT is slightly higher). Then there is also the fact that the GTO is known as a good OCer, whereas the X1600XT hasn't been so well proven.
