BYPASSING bandwidth RESTRICTIONS @ college
To combat excessive downloading my college has this policy: If you use up more that 2 gigs of bandwidth in a period of 72 hours you get penalized. Your put into the penalty box and your internet speed is equivalent to 56k. Is then anyway to bypass this, or confuse whatever thing is tracking my bandwidth usage? I downloaded a buncha stuff from fileplanet and got my internet to slow speed and i dint want is to happen again
