Recommend me a GOOD s939 HSF please

As per the subject line, i'm looking for a GOOD s939 HSF. Normally I can find this on my own, however there is a catch. I need one that does not require removal of the motherboard but instead, can latch on to the stock bracket. Price is not a concern, good cooling and noise is. It does not need to be silent by any means, but I also don't want it to sound like a vantec tornado fan either. Thanks for any suggestions.

Are you sure the Zalman 9500 does not require removal of the motherbaord??? I had looked at it earlier and with all the extra hardware it came with it led me to believe removal of the board was necessary.

Both those look good. I do prefer Zalman but only if I can confirm removal of my board is not necessary... I REALLY don't wanna have to remove the board.
