Motherboard and processor upgrade?

Looking at upgrading my parents motherbaord and processor from a Asus A7A266 with a TBird 1.2GHZ processor. The memory will also be upgraded from PC133.What are some inexpensive options that I can do any ?

Another option that I am considering is upgrading the memory and processor only?

The uses are,
websurfing(email) on a DSL connection
Running tax software,turbotax
Adobe photoshop elemets to view picturers

I doubt you can get another processor cheap for that MB. FSB266 processors are very rare. I've been looking all over for one. I'd try this

Find a Motherboard with built-in graphics, get a Celeron and grab a stick of 512M RAM. A Celeron will cost you about $50 as will the motherboard and the memory will be less. Less than $150 and Bob's your uncle.
