Need a new Color Laser Printer

Hey guys, I need a Laser Color Printer. It is intended for business. I can spend about $1000, hopefully less. It will need to be able to print flyers, and henceforth, have good Graphics printing. That's about it. Also, would prefer to have a low cost per page, and good toner amounts. Thanks for the help.

The link above was just one quick search with the result providing links for various brands.
HP, Dell, and Lexmark are the more common names you will see. Bizrate.com offers links to
find products at retail stores. For commercial grade you would probably prefer to make a list
of items to meet your needs there and perform a more extensive search. But you should be
able to locate a good model for well within your price range even at retail outlets. One place
that comes right to mind is the office supply outlets along with a few online vendors. A few
additional links can be added here for review.

At these links Brother, Epson, and Sharp models compete with others. They also have some
excellent return policies on any products found defective. Cannon is another name to add to
this with another vendor here. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...SubCategory=38 These are followed by a look over at some retail outlets to give you a wider selection.

You seem to be looking for an offset press. $1000 can buy a good color printer for small business needs. But if you are wanting to do flyers, you need an industrial machine. Those run big bucks. Toner is going to cost about $600 alone.

What I meant was to make flyers for a Small business. How about Xerox? I've heard good things about them. Would prefer to buy from Newegg.com.

    Bump for today.
Thanks PC Tech on the Newegg.com link. I'm looking at Xerox, which Newegg doesn't seem to have, though.

It depends upon how many flyers you intend to print at once. The under $1000 color lasers are basically like the $100 monochromes, except they do color. These are not high quality laser printers. But they are good enough for simple jobs.

Not too many flyers, like 500-1,000. If, that's low.
    Any specific recommendations?

If you are planning basic color schemed flyers you may just get away with an over the web
deal seen at Newegg or another vendor for the purpose. But it the high end appearance is a mandate you would then have to consider RavH's suggestion. For small jobs I have to go
along with zen's opion on HP's even though currently running a 3520 deskjet. The ink lasts
and lasts due to being more efficient then some like Brother. Printing screenshots chews up
a lot of ink still and does lack the higher end clarity a lazer printer would offer. A lack of room
has seen the Walmart type deal with HP there often. It seems we are in the same boat? At
this however the interest is in compact and cost effective due to video and other equipment
    taking up available space.
