Toshiba A15-S1292

I just bought this Toshiba A15-S1292 from the private party.
celeron 2.4ghz, 512, 30g hard drive. cdr/dvd combo.

It does work OK till 2 hours and drop.
fan work. after 2 hours of work the unit become slow response, and
after a while, it become the blue screen with fatal error, and shuting down .

The seller bought this as 2nd hand about 6months ago.
She never experienced the problem .
The seller never used this more than 1 hour at a time.
The add for this unit was sold as is .
I did ask the seller for retuning this item, but declined.
Does the seller have any liability for not testing this unit for more than 2 hours??

Could I do something about this??

I will check the error message and try with that information on that links.

I also check the some information about this computer, I found there is some over heating issue for Toshiba laptop. I could not find this exact model A15 though.

Now I have this message and even can not re-install the factory CD(OS).

Write sector error device=126

please help.
