    Essential Mac Apps

     
    Well I just purchased a new macbook, and am only somewhat familiar with osx and its capabilities. My question to you is, what are some essential mac apps that I need to get.

    so far i have:
    office 2004
    a winrar utility
    adium
    vlc player

    What does everyone suggest? for fun
