A quick question

Hi there, Just need a quick anwser here about a virus I picked up.
I am using Norton Antivirus 2002. While on the web last night I got a pop up from my Norton saying it found a virus. It said it was denied accses but the file cannot be repaired. I was just wondering does this mean that my computer has a virus or my Norton blocked it?

Try booting into safe mode and do a rescan .

Your computer probably had a virus but it was picked up by Norton unless you were opening some mail.

The protection is as good as a condom, there's always a chance that something will get through and that's true for any anti viruses, better have one
