all my videos show up as audio on itunes and ipod!

ahh!

ok so i updated itunes the other day. and after that, things went down the crapper.

after i unplugged my ipod, everything but my videos were listed in my videos section. it thought that i had some 1500 videos.

then i put it back on the USB to see what was up.
after that, everything went off my videos, now it says i have no videos at all.

i can see my videos in itunes, but they aren't showing up with the little TV like normal, and when i select them in my ipod thru Music>Artists it only plays the audio like its a music file.

when i add a new video, it shows up correctly, but all of my Office episodes and a few videos don't show up anymore.

does anyone have any idea whhats going on?
this is why i HATE itunes, and as soon as winamp gets support for transferring videos to ipods...buhbye itunes!
