Pls help me to convert my mpeg to GIF
I am a newbie here. Really need your help.
I have a mpeg file (a small video clip) of about 95KB. I need to change this into GIF file of not more 6KB. Also this pixel size must be 120width and 120 lenght so that I can use this as an avatar.
Can you guys help me out.
I have tried everything possible but all fails.

Heads Up, Oh Minister of Avatars!
Oh, and if that is for use here at Timo, then you need 50 posts first.

What nomax said.
Basically you need to capture the frames with the capture feature of Power DVD, etc, or even the capture feature of the free photo editor Irfranview.
Then crop and resize the frames, and create a GIF animiation with Photoshop or Gif animation software.
The Ministers can probably do an excellent job for you, unless you are wanting to learn how to make them yourself.
