help with computer build(new to this)

hi, im new to this. coud anyone give me a reasonably good build for around US$300 without a processor. i dont have enough money at the moment so i am planning to get a second hand processor first and then upgrade it in about two to three months to a better one so could you suggest a motherboard which can support dual core as well as an old chip
