Virus problem

I have this virus here is the summary on it.

I don't know what to do to remove it I tried everything and I keep hitting delete on all my virus scanners but it keeps coming back, I tried safe mode but this program wont run in it. Its really screwing up my computer.... last thing I want to do is reformat.

Bump? Guys please help I can't even use my computer, all my icons are locked up and anything that runs fullscreen (Games/Movies) forces alt+tab every time so I can't even do that.

have you tried using other anti virus programs? free ones avg avast etc etc

It says it works out of your temp internet files.

Boot into safe mode and empty them and turn off restore until you get it gone so it cant hide there as well.
