Will this cpu work with this mobo?

Im new to the amd world and want to know if this setup will work
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...2E16813180068R
with this cpu
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103562

The mobo says 1000mhz ht(2000mt/s)
does that mean it will or wont support the 2000mhz ht on the x2 3800?

I don't know much about the new processors, but a socket 939 board isn't going to work with a socket AM2 processor.

Here are 59 AM2 mother boards.
I'm pretty sure they run at 1000MHZ, it's just HT is running 2 cores, each at 1000Mhz X 2 = 2000MT/s
