what what what? i dont think anyone can understand anything you said. in fact that goes for most of your posts. even if it takes ya like 5 mins to do 1 post can you please try try try to make it a lil more readable?
ok and no i dont think you can really overclock on that board. i just looked up AOpen XC-Cube EZ 18 on google. and why do you want to put 2gigs of ram in there? are you gonna game ont that thing? because its a socket A motherboard... really old. you will be buying old ram so you will be wasting your money. just sticking to what it already has is fine. if it has less than 512 mb of ram then upgrade it to 512 mb of ram, no more
anyways are'nt you building a new system for vista or something? you said you have no money so you are only gonna put in 256 mb of ram in that thing??? why dont you not spend any money on this old system and put 2 gigs of memory on the new computer instead??????? and you seem to have like 10 computers all to yourself from what i can tell from all your posts... though that is kinda cool... |

I am not put vista on that old computer. I plan put window xp home on that computer
I can't paste link on this when I am on PDA device. Here website http://www.trustedreviews.com/mother...FF-Barebone/p1
New system that I am plan build. That new computer is for my christmas present. My Dad is buy all parts then on Dec 25.
Do you understand about christmas?
And I did research on that it say can support ddr sdram from 200, 333, and 400 MHz and it say limit 2 GB but I will plan try cruicel's scan to find memory in there see if it can support 2 GB. One thing it have 2 256 mb Ram.
My cousin say he did overclock on that. He say about 5 o/o overclock on Athlon xp 1800. |

IMO you dont want to invest money on it.. Getting 2GB for it wont speed up the system much If you plan to do it.
Even overclocking that chip wont give you a very noticeable edge, Windows XP will run fine at the current config but a little slow tought.
For video card you will need an AGP card, if you are not going to game get the cheapest card you find because It wont matter.
For hardrive if you plan on building a new system you can get a 80 gig IDE disk, because those boards doesnt have yet sata. |

512 MB will just do fine no need to invest in 1 GB, Honestly I didnt understand the game paragraph but you wont be able to game much on it.. or at least games from this year.
a 7200 would be a good HD for it, you can reuse it later when you build a new one. |

i had an XP1800+ with a Abit NFS motherboard with 512mb of memory and i sold the board complete in a system for $100, that included burner (used) and the persons version of XP.. with a 40gb HD, that system isnt really worth much nor will it game "incredibly" for ya
