I can not use the arrows on the touchpad of my laptop. I can use the touchpad but when i am trying to scroll up and down or from left to right it does not work. How can i fix this.....?
I verified in Control Panel > Mouse and everything seems to be there.

Have you reinstalled windows? You may need to download drivers, I had the same problem with my Vaio laptop.

Bluesmans1, You need to go to your computer's web site and download the drivers. For Dell it's called direct access for example. For my inspirion 6000 it's called the Alps Touch Pad Driver.
