Windows Live Messenger Topbar?

Does anyone know how I could get Windows live messenger to have a bar or something across the top of my screen telling me how many friends I have on, how many e-mails, information like that?

I've been searching on google and stuff... maybe Im searching for the wrong thing.

Maybe someone here has already done the work though :P

So anyone have any ideas?

I've never seen anything like that and I've had quite a few mods for messenger.
