Help with Hijackthis log

on a computer every time i try to access westjet website and book a ticket it crashes ..... using IE7 get ntdll.dll error

i tried to replace the dll file but no luck

i did some scans and found few infections but no luck can you see anything in this log file ?

I also reinstalled IE7
Reinstalled Sun Java
