backup drives

I am looking for a very good backup device for a 30 user network. I have a budget of roughly 3K. Can anyone make some recommendations?

NAS devices... they are someone inexpensive and just need connecting to a network (cat5/6) after they are set up
If you want RAID they also offer some with multiple hard drives... for better data security/backup

Yup Yup, network attached storage in the only way to go. With that you don't need to have a PC/server just for backups. I've seen them in raid up to 3 TB.
