Need Hardware advice for CADD machine
Im putting together a list of hardware optimized for CADD software
This would be the model for a set of just under 10 office machines in an architectural firm
What I'm looking for are people with true first hand knowledge of CADD and what it will work best on
Does it support multi-core procesors?
Does it work with Vista well, or would it be better with XP?
What does it stress more, memory or CPU?
I know very little about CADD and have found little in the way of info through basic surfing
Any help from people with actual knowledge and firsthand experience is GREATLY appreciated.Last edited by JPMiller; September 24th, 2007 at 12:39 AM.

Did you by any chance mean CAD - Computer-aided design?
I would bee line it straight to the software maker's web site and make sure it can deal with Vista and look at their harware requirements in general.“Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.”

If you're currently using a specific piece of software, you should contact that maker directly..If anyone would know recommend specs - will it run on Vista, it'd be them.

This is certainly not a film for the easily-offended. Some may brand it puerile and self-indulgent and let them do so. This is razor-sharp comedy filled with cutting one-liners and some brilliant...
