    uhm, serious problem here

so like, i let my computer update automatically (windows vista home premium 32 bit) and i knew it was updating when i put my computer to sleep. so when i turn it back on i see that all of the documents under my name have been reformated basically... like the folders I made arent there and the folders from vista itself are. like the music folder is there but theres no music that i had (like 600 songs!) and alot of stuff was changed around. also the desktop features WHICH I DISABLED are now on there. like that clock thing. anyone know wth happened? i need those files damnit!
