Since you don't seem to fully understand the ins and outs of torrents I suggest some good reading from wiki Torrent (protocol)
To share a file or group of files, a peer first creates a "torrent." This small file contains metadata about the files to be shared and about the tracker, the computer that coordinates the file distribution. Peers that want to download the file first obtain a torrent file for it, and connect to the specified tracker, which tells them from which other peers to download the pieces of the file.Last edited by RicheemxX; January 27th, 2008 at 04:43 PM.

usually you are on a "torrent" site.. then click on the torrent file, if you have a torrent program like "bittornado" .. it will usually open up and ask you where you want to download the "torrent" to (ex. (desktop).. then depending on the speed of the "seeder(s)" .. is how long it takes to get the actual file.
so..
web page with torrent link
click on link
torrent program opens
you start downloading the torrent until it's done

No, they aren't, since taxes are imposed on profits -- after all costs are paid. If the market would bear and increase in prices if taxes were raised, why wouldn't that company already be at that...
