I myself went quad core. It future proofs your setup a little more, and for the same price I don't see why your wouldn't want 2x extra core and 2x the L2.
But that's just me of course.

ok thanks for that, that looks like the best list i have seen so far, might get the gpu at a later date however and use my x850xt pe, i know its only sm2.0 but it will do for now or a week or so  haha
can i just ask karma killer what does your current set up consist of ? and is it good ?

I've been slowly buying this setup, piece by piece. So i really don't know the actual price.

Karma you need more RAM and HDD space. I've filled my 250gb and can't find anything to delete.
Ordered my 1TB today, time for much storage.

Not that it matters, but I have 2 other systems running with big HDD's. Not to mention the external HDD's I have...
