    Problems with USB Mass Storage...

     
    I have my sidekick and when i use the usb connection my light on the phone turns on but the computer doesnt recongnize it at all.

    It was working perfectly few days ago.

    Ive went under device manager and it doesnt even show under that.

    Help please..

    Was it plug and play (native xp/vista driver)?

    If not try reinstalling the software or obviously a different usb plug and/or cable.

    If this is a laptop, unplug the power and remove the battery for a few seconds.

    It is a plug and play and im using Vista.


    I will try to unplug it and detach the battery and tell you the outcome...
