I am NOT MAD!!! only CONFUSED!!!

Cables with tags from ECS Motherboard (which is now faulty/broke)

Tag 2+D Green cable
Tag 1-D White cable
Tag 1+D Blue cable
Tag 2-D Yellow cable
Tag 1+5v Red cable
Tag 1Ground Black cable
Tag 2Ground Black cable
Tag 2-D Yellow cable
Tag 2+5v Red cable

Please advise which cables go where on replacement M7211 motherboard
Base blocks which the pins are connected are colour coded
(must be for some reason but now I am even more confused)
9&10 yellow
7&8 black
5&6 red
3&4 blue
1&2 green


JUSB 1 & JUSB 2 on MSI m7211

The manual states as follows:-

6USB1+
7Ground
8Ground
9No Pin
10USBOC

I am unable to fathom out which cable go where on my new motherboard



Please can someone help me!!!

Use yer noodle. The '1' and '2' refer to sides '0' and '1' respectively.

USBOC goes to the odd pin 10.

+5V goes to Vcc

The remaining 4 are labeled + and - and can be matched that way as long as you get the side right.

USB and 1394 connections are unique in that you can blow stuff up with them if you get it wrong. As long as you get ground and Vcc/+5V right, you're safe. The other connections are data connections and you won't burn anything up with them. Those are safe to experiment with.

Audio connections are benign. You can safely use trial and error to set them up.
