I used Encore DVD when I was in some of my movie making days. Adobe owns that program, but I believe there is a 30 day trial on their site and I bet they are at a version higher than 1.0 when I used it a few years back or so. Its a great program for the power user, but it was a learning curve for the casual user. Heck I was able to do it Especially now i bet there are a bunch of tutorials about using it as well as more support, I used it while it was still rather new.
Its like any Adobe product, great powerful product which usually comes with a learning curve You can always ask Phenious, havent seem him around for awhile but I know he created DVD's and similar things.
