Add/Remove

Hi All ,

i have a strange problem in my computer ,

while i'm trying to unistalled and remove installed items from my computer by using the Add/Remove icon in the control panel , i cannot find any button called remove

just i find the program list which is already insatlled on my computer , but i cannot remove any of them ,

could you please tell why that happend .... and how to solve it ?
