You got Home Premium, but it's still x64. You really want x86 (32-bit) - especially if you're a newbie.

yes I would get 2 2gig sticks of 1066 ram,

But if i go with 32bit, i wont be able to use all 4gigs now will i? |

no only 3gigs, are you planning on playing games on this rig,
64bit will play most games just fine, |

that place has some high prices, why can't you use newegg,
although you will have to update the bios again, it may have the new bios if it's a new board, |
