You got Home Premium, but it's still x64. You really want x86 (32-bit) - especially if you're a newbie.

get the 1066 although I have the P5K-E wifi and if there the same you will need to overclock it to 1066,

do you want on board video

yes I would get 2 2gig sticks of 1066 ram,

no only 3gigs, are you planning on playing games on this rig,

64bit will play most games just fine,

ok you picked out a 8800gt so skip the onboard video,

look at the P5K-E wifi

Newegg.com - ASUS P5K-E/WIFI-AP LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards

this is the board I have also with a 8800GT,

you loose the onboard video and gain the sata raid,

this one looks good,

that place has some high prices, why can't you use newegg,

although you will have to update the bios again, it may have the new bios if it's a new board,
