Unless you plan on running like 3 Graphics cards, no, you will never need anymore power then that.

One other thing I just noticed re-reading your list. You could do a bit better on HDD's too.
Western Digital has a 640Gb HDD that's almost as fast as Raptors are. It's only $94 too, so that's pretty cheap.

Another EDIT:
Are you getting UV lights also? I see the shielding you have picked out is UV reactive, but I don't see any lights in your list. Do you already have them? Or are you getting that just for the color?

The Corsair should be more than sufficient.
You don't need 8GB's of RAM (at least not under normal use).

These WD drives are a better deal. I could pick two of them up for about the same price as 3 of the 250 gig segates.

I picked out some UV lights from xiode. are there any other considerations?

This is just the discussion that i had hoped for keep the suggestions and opinions coming.

Nope. Pretty much UV lights are UV lights. I don't know of any brand that is better then another. Just wanted to add that in in case you forgot.
Really man, you got a solid build setup now. Unless prices drop on something, I'd say your ready to pull the trigger.

Ok, thanks for all your help and imput. I have changed the folloing items.

I am going with this PSU
Newegg.com - PC Power & Cooling S75QB 750W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL, ULC, CE, CB, RoHS - Power Supplies

I am probably going to stick with the OZ memory because i really do not plan on OC'ing the memory too much.

The 640 GIG WD drives look like they will work well so i am going with two of those.

However, I am still undecided on the video cards. I have pretty much narrowed it down to these.
All ATI 4850

Newegg.com - ASUS EAH4850/HTDI/512M Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100242L Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

Newegg.com - MSI R4850-T2D512 Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

All Nvidia 9800 GTX

Newegg.com - PNY XLR8 VCG98GTXXPB GeForce 9800 GTX(G92) 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

Newegg.com - XFX PVT98FYDDU GeForce 9800 GTX(G92) XXX 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

I am sort of leaning towards the last card on my list. I think call of duty is worth 20 bucks or so and it appears that is the fastest card as well.

Hmmm... Out of all the cards you listed, I myself would go for the Sapphire 4850. Mainly for two reasons...
1.Less power and heat..(after the hotpatch is installed that is)
2. Your gonna have a P35 board, which is crossfire compatible. You won't be able to run 2x Nvidia cards on that board. It will leave you a good upgrade option down the road..
I am a Nvidia fan, I have to say. But ATM, ATI's are just the best bang for buck cards out right now..
Just my two cents..

good points... say if money was not that much of a factor. after all the price difference is only about 25-35 bucks. would the nividia really be much faster? I am having a hard time finding some good comparison reviews. As far as power consuption is there that much of a difference?

On power consumption, the 9800GTX uses about 301watts at full load, the 4850 uses about 269watts at full load. So there is a good margin there.
Might check out this review. This is with the XFX Black Edition, which is slightly faster then the 9800GTX you liked above. So keep that in mind also..
XFX GeForce 9800 GTX Black Edition review

ALSO, if you check the "Tech News" section here, RR has linked to a couple of other reviews of the 4850 and the 9800GTX. But keep in mind, the 4850 DOES NOT do good in 3D marks benchs.(Will get better with later driver releases) BUT, in real gameplay, it does very well. If your going for high bench scores, get the 9800GTX. If your going for great gameplay, then I'd go for the ATI card.

I could care less about benchmarks... all that matters to me is the actual performance. I will also be doing some photoshop and editing hd video with pinnacle software which is quite demanding.
