Software for internet cafe

Hi, I will be opening an internet cafe in NYC and I am trying to get the software to manage the computers and paying customers. Most of the companies that I find in the internet are from outside of the US and only let you download the program. I don't know if it is safe to do this. Anyone has the knowledge of a good reputable company that sells this type of software?
