| Dell Dimension 4300 A friend of mine wants to sell me one for 15$(with a monitor) but it comes without a HD,,,,, So I was wondering if anyone knows what type of HD I need. |

You'll need a PATA drive. It is also called and IDE or ATA drive.

Ok, I might think of buying it, but where (In A store) can I find cheap IDE HD.???(I found one at micro center for $49.99[250GB] ) |

$50?! No reason to pass on that deal. Grab it.
Keep in mind, you'll probably want to update the BIOS and make sure you use an XP disc that includes at least SP1 so you can partition the entire drive. |

And by the way what kind of memory do I need for my PC. I was wondering because when I play games on it the PC restarts by itself....

The graphics card is a nVidia 32 mb card without a fan...

Perhaps the Power Supply is inadequate? Or, it could be bad memory.
What is the Power Supply? List Brand, Wattage, and Amperes on the 12V rail, located on the sticker of the Power Supply.
Then, you may want to consider downloading and running memtest. |
