Forcing 2 page Word document to print on 1 page (HP Printer)

Deleting normal.dot will ONLY have an effect on new docs you create.

Have you considered getting with the "specific customer" and getting him/her to make the change on their end?

I have 3 forms in 3 pages. If I fill the first form and exceeds the page. It should be in next page. And the remaining pages should pring in next pages...
I mean, when i print the pages numbers should be like.. 1a of 3, 1b of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3.

When I am filling the form.
if the first form exceeds the page. The pages should print like, 1a of 3, 1b of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3.
If the second form exceeds the page.The pages should print like, 1 of 3, 2a of 3, 2b of 3, 3 of 3.
If the third form exceeds the page.The pages should print like, 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3a of 3, 3b of 3.
