If your going to spend that much on a 280GTX you might as well get the 4870 X2 which is almost 50% more powerful in some benches. Other than that the 4870 is the best bang for the buck

It's a good card. Essentially, they're all the same. But look into warranties. Asus only has 3 years, Gigabyte is the same. HIS however has lifetime. So I would be getting this: Online |

From what I read, the CCC 8.8 drivers do the job fine. I don't think there is any need for Omega drivers. But I myself have no idea if they would work..
And I just walked in the door, let me clean up first and I'll throw together a list for ya G.  |

its all set up  Running COD4 completely maxed out and no hiccups whatsoever
Got a liquid cooling system keeping the CPU temps under 40C even under load
BEAUTIFUL rig
I'll bench it tomorrow...need to go to bed now |
