Hot Keys diagram

I had an older customer call today and she wanted a list/diagram of all the hotkeys. (ctrl+p = print) and thigs like that. i need a web site thats lists them. I need them mostly for windows and microsoft word. THanks

Another good place to look without having to go online is to go to windows help files and then type in Keyboard Shortcuts and it will give you a listing of them all. No need to go online to get the listing.
