How did my system text change to small bold?

the text in ccleaner is smaller and bold. the text in mediacoder is smaller and bold. the letters i type on my browser bar is smaller and bold. everything is smaller and bold

why is that? and how? plz help. hope its not virus.

not the web page. only the text i type in the address bar. and programs and windows.

text seems to be bigger but bold still there in program text. not browser address bar though.

ccleaner text is still bold. and mediacoder text is bold and some of the button disapear unless i move my mouse arrow over it.

more info.... it looks like text when in safemode. all text in programs are bold. but it is not in safe mode....

icons in the right corner bottm of the screen by the clock is also smere.

right click on background > personalize > windows color and appearance > open classic appearance properties. From there you can choose a different scheme for your text, or hit the advanced button, which will allow you to change the size and type of text, along with whether its bold or not.
