That Power Supply is Junk. I wouldn't use it if I were you.
EDIT: That case you linked to will work fine.

re. the rosewill conqueror - I generally don't recommend bundled PSUs, but the Rosewill PSUs are mostly OEM by ATNG/Coolmax and can be better than average. Considering you get free shipping on that model and they charge $22. for shipping to me on the no-PSU models, I'd take a chance on it if 500W is adequate for your system (should be for most).

Yoyo...,
The Rosewill PSUs are mostly OEM by ATNG/Coolmax, so they should be better than your typical bundled PSU which are generally made by bottom feeders like LCT. Hard to beat the bundled deal if 500W is adequate for your system (it is adequate for most) because of the free ship. I wouldn't buy the Antec Basiq line either as I know nothing about them. The EA500 would be the one I'd buy if I wanted to go unbundled, but that costs nearly as much as the whole Conqueror bundle.

The Antec Basiq line is ok. I'm running the 550 watt version, and it is more than adequate for my 4850. |

So lets say...in a year from now I have to buy a new case if I want to upgrade to 650 or greater psu?
Any suggestions on how to install and fire up two OS (xp and vista on same computer) Quote:

No. Most all Power Supplies have the same mounting holes. So unless you get a insanely large unit, to where it won't actually fit in your case, you won't have to change cases. A 300w PSU is the same size as a 600w PSU. It's only when you get up into the 800w+ units that they start to become larger.(they are a bit longer, but not any wider)
As far as dual booting, that's pretty easy. Make sure you have 2 different partitions setup on your hard drive.(Or 2 different hard drives) Install XP first, on one partition. Then when you want vista, pop the disc in, boot from the CD, and select the other partition.(the one XP is NOT on). Let the install go through, and when you start up next time, it will ask you what OS you want to be in. It'll have a little menu come up upon start up. |

.bh. | That says it all right there...
You simply dont know Who is making the PSU you get...
Ive seen The same model made by 2 obviously different manufacturers from them...
How many Rosewills have you actually bought/seen? I've seen quite a few lately due to its looks and price and peoples lack of info on PSU's.
They trust Neweggs "home" brand will be good, so they get the bundle, or buy a model they think looks good...
I've only actually worked on 2 machines that had bad Rosewill PSU's, but that tells me they are generally mediocre at best.
And I'm not specifically saying they are all garbage...
But how are you going to know until its too late?
PSU's are too important in my opinion to just leave to chance...
Its worth saving your expensive hardware, by spending what usually amounts to only $30 to at most $50 more on a reliable PSU.
I personally would rethink that case and PSU altogether...
If your going to spend that much on a case, that ones kinda lame...
No tooless option, and its a little tacky, not to mention the door that will most likely become very annoying, if you have to use the optical drive very often...
Not to mention most of the Rosewill door hinges I've seen were pretty flimsy...
I would look at the Antec 300 and a Silverstone 400, or that Antec linked earlier... Newegg.com - Rosewill R5717-P SL 120mm Fan ATX Mid Tower Computer Case, with mesh air filters, adjustable vents & Tool-Free kits - Computer Cases
Even this Rosewill is cheaper and has a totally tooless design
