Maybe one of you can help me out. I am writing a batch file to run in SMS. I have about 60 PC that have W2K Pro installed on them. Each of these PCs has the games package installed. I am working on a batch file to run that will hopefully do two things: First, it will change a system.inf file to show the games in the add/remove program. Secondly, I would like to initiate the add/remove programs to uninstall the games. I cant figure out how to write the batch to open add/remove programs and unistall. Is there a way to open add/remove from a batch file?

Best to try this with an .inf file -- which is a primitive script in itself. There is some info on .inf file authoring on, for ex., the W98 installation CD -- should work in 2K. What you want to do is beyond my current ken -- I would suggest to first look at other .inf files & try to emulate them. Setup (.inf) files are "installed" from the command line in W9X by:

C:\WINDOWS\rundll.exe setupx.dll,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 path\file.inf
