questions about new motherboard & CPU

I am in the process of upgrading from an AMD Athlon 3200+ cpu, PC Chips Motherboard (I know it sucks, it came with the case, lol), ati saphhire radeon 9250 graphics card, 1.5 gig of ram, and a 580watt power supply, running window vista home premium.

    the motherboard upgrades are:

    GIGABYTE GA-MA780G-UD3H AM2+/AM2 AMD 780G HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard , athlon 64 X2 6400+ 3.2ghz windsor cpu.

now my questions are, will the heatsink and fan that comes with the cpu be enough? and if not what heatsink and fan would be good?

My other question is that the motherboard comes with an intergrated Ati Radeon 2300 or 3200 (can't remember which, lol) hd card. will the card be good enough to get me buy till I can get another one? I dont overclock, i dont do video editing or grahics stuff.
All I do is surf the net, play tomb raider: Legend and Tomb raider: underworld. I am NOT a serious gamer what so ever. thanks in advance for your input

Thank you hun. I asked because I have read reviews from people who have the same cpu and some say it ran hot and the heatsink and fan that comes with the CPU wasnt enough.
