contact the seller and do what is commonly referred to as an RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization...
they may call it something different but its primarily the same process. Computer-Show.Com - used computers
scroll down to Returns and it will tell you how to start the process.

Has the order shipped yet? If not it says right there on the help page you can contact customer service and cancel the order. Just be careful that you aren't charged an outrageous re-stocking fee.

GREAT NEWS!!! The order was never shipped! Customer service stated the payment was never made, so now i have a good 250$ to spend .
EDIT: So now, for 250$ can someone show me what to get for a good gaming PC? As in, everything but the monitor (plug and play) and the mouse & keyboard. (the keyboard is wired) Prefferably with a case and a good fan. lol i may be demanding but im a little flabbergasted.
Edit2: PS this community is freaking sweet!

well, $250 will be hard to do with everything but the monitor and keyboard/mouse.
won't be able to factor in an OS, but luckily at least till march of next year you can use Windows 7 Release Candidate for Free with out any interruptions, and in general it runs much better and smoother than Vista. after march, it'll start with the nagging reboots to upgrade to a retail version (which should be out by the end of October this year)
if you could recycle your old Hard drives and optical drives, a bit over $250 is do-able...
but budget would need to be increased to around $300-350 to get a decent gaming system.
if possible.
(mobo is a bit outdated, but its still capable) Newegg.com - JetWay JM26GT4 AM2 NVIDIA GeForce 6100 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - AMD Motherboards Newegg.com - AMD Athlon 64 X2 5400+ Brisbane 2.8GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM2 65W Dual-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops
(4GB, but 2GB for now would be fine for about half the price, though I'd get a single stick, since the board only has 2 slots, a single 2GB stick now, an Identical matching one down the road for Dual channel and 4GB total) Newegg.com - AllComponents 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model AC2/800X64/4096-KIT - Desktop Memory Newegg.com - FSP Group SAGA+ 400R 400W ATX12V Power Supply - Power Supplies Newegg.com - HIS H465FS512P Radeon HD 4650 512MB 128-bit DDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards Newegg.com - Rosewill R226-P-BK 120mm Fan ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases
$270 before shipping, about $15 total in Mail in rebates.
lacks an OS, new Hard drive and Optical Drive, that'd tack on another $150-200 on the price.
building a general use system for a $250 budget is very possible, but a gaming build is a bit harder. for a decent budget one really needs to start in the $350 range, with a hair bit of flexibility in budget.
the biggest problems are GPU and PSU selections, you need to make sure the PSU can meet the needs of the GPU's power draw, make sure its a quality build PSU, and then find the best balance of GPU and price, as is, the 4650 is one of the best deals for the price range, with the 96 Stream Processor based Geforce 9600 GSO being in the same range for just a bit more. the GSO I think is a bit higher in performance, but also requires a 6 Pin PCIE power connector, the 4650 is completely fed through the PCIE slot. but still a quality PSU is needed. |

Optical Drive would be one that uses Optical based media...
A CDROM, DVDROM, CDRW, DVDRW, BluRay Player/Recorder, HD DVD Player/Recorder, etc etc etc. |

are your hard drives IDE or SATA based? if so, yes.
what are their capacities and are they all IDE or SATA, or do you have 1 SATA 2 IDE, or 2 SATA and 1 IDE, etc etc?
just wondering so that if you did get something like listed above, we know what you have to work with.
The Motherboard above, and the one I linked to earlier, have only one IDE port on the board, you can plug in up to 2 devices per port, SATA is only 1 device per port, so say you have 3 IDE Hard drives and 1 or 2 IDE Optical Drives, you'll only be able to use 2 of those 4 or so devices on the board above, unless you bought an adapter card to plug into SATA ports or a PCI slot Drive controller to plug in additional IDE devices. thats basically why I'm asking about those parts. |

Also, do i have to be a member of New Egg to order? is that video card good for gaming? and i can give you certain specs of stuff i want to sell.
3 GB DDR PC3200 RAM.
2 HD, 1 IDE 120 GB and another 30GB but idk, it might be IDE too.
I have a 600 watt power supply.
Nvidia Gforce GS/XT 6800
My gay little case.
and the motherboard is unknown to me atm.
Is there a way i can, you know, say ship this to a company and them tell me what its worth?
EDIT: and i have 3 sticks of other ram, 1 512MB and 2 128mb sticks i think.
EDIT2: and Intel P4 2.8Ghz Processor
and might as well ask, can they put it together? or do i have to...
