Oh I didnt notice that there was already a graphics card. I would go with what he posted IMO. If you can scrape together another $100, that would be ideal. You wouldnt have to cut so many corners and get half-grade stuff |

If you hurry, you could get this combo. Just over $200 after MIR and discount. You could get a nice 790GX chipset which has pretty darn fast onboard graphics. While not as fast as the dedicated video card, its a good alternative if you wish to drop that. And much cheaper too while still being half decent for games. You also get a nice quad core CPU, which is quite a bit faster than the one you have in mind.
IMO its a waste of money to get the 4650 simply because its so dang slow for a dedicated card. The 790GX isnt thattt much further behind in performance. IMO thats what I would get if I were you and save up for a half decent graphics card in the next few months. You can definately get playable framerates with the 790GX.
Last plus is that you get a better motherboard.. too. Its a smashing deal, hurry before it ends Newegg.com Shopping Cart

low end Radeon 3300 chip versus lower midrange 4650?
even with the 128MB sideport memory, the 4650 will severely thrash the 3300 chip.
you sure you weren't referring to the 4350 or 4550 cards?

Well its (the 4650) not worth the money IMO. For a little bit more money you can get a lot more GPU. Thats what I meant by slow. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
Its (the 790GX) also fast enough to play more modern games (at lower settings though), and way faster than what you have now.
That is what I would do with $200. Better value, with a much better motherboard and CPU.

Why I suggest this over the 4650 is that its 10X already faster than what you have now so I think it will fit the bill perfect for you. IMO the CPU is fast enough (well thats often subjective) to last your needs for the next couple of years and since its a quad core it might get more efficient when more multi-threaded apps become commonplace. Also, you are not tied down to a slow dedicated card which you spent money on. The 790GX should last you a couple months-a year until you can pull together a hundred bucks to buy a proper dedicated card
Just my 2 cents
