files doing stupid strange things

Yeah, sometimes M$ does get its knickers in a bit of a twist...

Normally, I can just use the CLI to wipe any files that aren't playing nicely when I want them to go.... Albeit I generally have to run the CLI as an Administrative account - I just use a 'standard' level account to stop any nasties being any nastier than they have to be...
