Need build parts or cheap computer

Hey there, my grandmother needs a new computer and I want to build her one, but if theres the option to just buy one thats fine as well. I'm looking for a price of about 200$ or so.
So if you can, please list the best parts for the price or one I can just buy for the price.

No offense, but are you stupid? I'm trying to build her, a cheap, low end computer. She has a monitor and even if she didn't, she doesn't need an LCD, shes 64.

I doubt you could really do much with $200. With $250, this is what I came up with.

Thats about $250. Im afraid thats the cheapest you will be able to find. Go get yourself (or your grandma) a copy of Windows 2000 (which is freeware now). I doubt she will mind the dated OS. Thats the only way you are going to keep this <$300.

You could get 2 gigs of ram for $10 more if you want
