Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER eXtreme Power Plus RS-500-PCAR-A3 500W ATX12V V2.3 Power Supply - Power Supplies
that's hard to beat for the price, but coolermaster is kind of the middle of the road for PSU's.
Newegg.com - OCZ ModXStream Pro OCZ500MXSP 500W ATX12V V2.2 / EPS12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply compatible with core i7 - Power Supplies
That's the one I've been recommending lately. It's a very good name brand, lots of connections, and really efficient.

Wow I now feel dumb. Thanks for pointing that out . Last I was around Intel was definite performance king with the core2duo. You guys telling me now AMD is coming back with the Phenom II processors?

Yea, the AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE is a great performing CPU. They overclock well and come out ahead of the Core 2 Quad Q9550. They lag well behind the Core i7 though.

I believe the 955 beat the i7 on Tom's Fallout 3 bench. Karma linked to it a few weeks ago, or was it months?
