Outlook Rules

Hi All ,

i have tried many times to set a rule using outlook for forwarding incoming messages to a specific e-mail account but i face the following problem :

1- this rule doesn't work unless i open the rule manulally and click "apply rule now "

could you help please to let this rule works automatically

Does it say "Client only"?

It should be rather simple.

Step 1: start with a blank rule.
Step 2: check, "where my name is in the To box"
Step 3: Hit "NEXT->" button
Step 4: check "forward to people or a distribution list" and click the underlined "distribution list" in the lower box
Step 5: type the email address in the To box on the bottom (click OK)
Step 6: Complete exceptions (optional)
keep going until Finished button is available.

This will only work while Outlook is open (PC on too) and you have automatic Send/Receive on -- like run every 5 minutes.
