100% mineral oil. No dyes. No scents. You could probably find it in a local general merchandise store or crafts supply store. Call around.
With that said, still test any mineral oil for conductivity before submerging a computer, even if it is labeled as 100% without additives. It is possible for contamination to occur. BTW, on a related note, fluorinert is a more ideal solution for submersion cooling, practical budget limits not withstanding.

Aquarium. Plastic container. It really does not matter too much. One could toss together a cheap submersion cooling system in a few minutes if so inclined. I offered a brief detailing of submersion cooling in my old overclocking book. |
