I ship them in the box the case came in (I did spray paint the box to a different design) with another box over it. Course I used the stock heatsinks and included typed directions (with pictures) on how to install the separately packaged videocard and tips for cable routing.

How about filling the inside of PC with those (peanut shaped?) polystyrene bits.
Could pack it in fairly tight to stop bits moving around.
Just make sure to tell the receiver to get them all out.

Yup, you can't use just any p'nuts - there are antistatic ones usually other than white in color. Also it takes quite a lot - if you don't have garbage bags full of the things kicking around like I do - then may be difficult to scrounge. Also may put pressure on things one doesn't want pressed like memory modules...

No telling with those guys.. I can send you pics of a destroyed Rad they did for me. Or the nice work they did on a case for a friend. (it was a cheap case, but even cheap cases normally have a door that actually goes on. This was so dented you couldn't even get the side panel on) |

This is why I keep the box Then there is no problem....Just tell them they should handle it with care (as if) but the components inside the case should be fine, they would have to chuck the box around really careless in order to damage anything.. which they shouldnt...Just find yourself a decent box, and put some kind of damping in it... |
