Windows Recovery Disk- Need a Windows CD?
When using the Windows ME Recovery Disk, and doing a "Factory Restore" Do you also need a copy of a Windows CD to re-install windows after, or does it leave Windows on the hard drive? Thanks.

Nope, the "Recovery" disc has the OS and all needed system drivers on it.
With most, you can do a "selective" restore and not lose your data.
If you do a Full restore you usually include a format which wipes all data.

Oh, that isn't too bad. Where I am, if they put extra work and responsibilities on your shoulders, it is for the same pay and maybe they have dropped a co-worker.
