Backup from FTP.

I am looking for a simple software that will allow me to backup my online FTP directory on my PC. I need to have scheduling capabilities.

I've used syncback, buts it feels a bit too heavy weight for my requirements, and it seems to use an algorithm of scanning everything first as if it was sync'ing which made things go on for the whole day.

I don't think you've understood my query.

I am not looking for an FTP app, but a backup with FTP access to pull date from and store locally.

Give MyPC Backup a test drive. They are new to online storage scene but are doing great job of getting it right. One of its best feature is the unlimited storage space.
