The main difference is the ability to use more than 3 gigs of ram/memory..
Nowadays there is NO good argument for using 32bit over 64 bit.

Being able to use more than 3.5 gigs of RAM is also depended on whether your mother board supports PAE (Physical address extension). So, if you have a 32 bit OS you could run more than 3.5 gigs of RAM. Physical Address Extension - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

July 2nd, 2011, 01:49 AM #4Microsoft Windows implements PAE if booted with the appropriate option, but current 32-bit desktop editions enforce the physical address space within 4GB even in PAE mode. According to Geoff Chappell, Microsoft limits 32-bit versions of Windows to 4GB due to a licensing restriction, and Microsoft Technical Fellow Mark Russinovich says that some drivers were found to be unstable when encountering physical addresses above 4GB. Unofficial kernel patches for Windows Vista and Windows 7 32-bit are available that break this enforced limitation, though the stability is not guaranteed.i7 940//Corsair H60//EVGA X58 SLI LE//6GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz//2x EVGA GTX 560 Ti FPB SLI//NZXT Hale82 850W//CM 690 II Advanced//Win7 64//WD 74GB V-raptor, 750GB Black, 1.5TB Green

I'll have to find one of those "unofficial kernel patches."

would be nice, but honestly what good is it? Its not like the phones have much surface area to spread that heat out over to heatsink fins or material, and the heatpipes would have to be nearly paper...
