That is what makes this forum so good, many people with lots of experience and like to help.

Aside from that particular fix, TrendMicro should be highly commended for maintaining HouseCall. That program has saved a few computers for me (and the folks that brought their machines to me) from virus infections that would have only been cured by zero fill otherwise.

Thanks for the link to Trendmicro. A co-worker of mine discovered that his PC was infected and was sending out infected emails. I have sent him to Trend for help.

PS. I have scolded him for not keeping his virus definitions up to date and doing a weekly scan. He can't remember the last time he updated them.
